It guarantees top-level technical and commercial service to its customers and builds strong partnerships with its suppliers. EUROTEC TECNOPOLIMERI is part of the Mida Holding group, to which it must ensure effective synergy.

For this reason, EUROTEC TECNOPOLIMERI has identified and empowered personnel by adopting a process-based approach, with the clear intention of building a structure capable of interacting and supporting the market at all times.
ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
The environment is a shared heritage, including for future generations. Any company, regardless of its production sector, must include environmental respect and protection among its core values. EUROTEC TECNOPOLIMERI has always adopted a behavioural philosophy aimed at safeguarding the environment. This approach is applied by creating safe and decent workplaces, implementing processes that reduce all forms of pollution, ensuring workplace safety, and limiting pollution as much as economically and technologically possible. The goal goes beyond mere legal compliance, aiming to do more whenever feasible.
In line with this approach, EUROTEC TECNOPOLIMERI is committed to embracing and promoting the principles of Sustainability and the Circular Economy, especially by supporting and promoting products aligned with these values.
Management commits to complying with ISCC system requirements, upholding the principles of credibility, reliability, and integrity. Management also commits to preventing double counting and will periodically monitor inputs and outputs through quarterly mass balance assessments.

NO TO CHILD LABOUR
The employment of school-age workers is prohibited, in accordance with applicable legislation. -
NO TO FORCED LABOUR
No work may be obtained under threat of any kind, through physical or psychological coercion, confiscation of identity documents, demands for payment in exchange for work, or withholding any part of wages and/or benefits. Human trafficking is strictly prohibited. -
SAFE AND HEALTHY WORKPLACES
Measures must be taken to prevent accidents and health hazards, including training for safety and accident prevention. -
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION AND COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
Employees are guaranteed the right to associate freely and join trade unions without discrimination. Workers are free to elect their own representatives. -
NO DISCRIMINATION
No worker may be favoured or penalised based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, social status, nationality, religion, disability, union affiliation, or political views. The organisation respects the rights of all individuals to follow customs and beliefs tied to national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, or political opinions. EUROTEC TECNOPOLIMERI condemns any form of threatening or abusive behaviour, including physical violence. -
NO PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL PUNISHMENT
All forms of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and verbal abuse are strictly prohibited. -
REGULATED WORKING HOURS
Working hours, overtime, and rest periods are respected in accordance with the applicable national collective labour agreement (CCNL). -
FAIR REMUNERATION
Wages are paid according to the applicable CCNL, including contributions and overtime. Administrative support is provided to help employees understand their payslips. -
CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The above principles are subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure constant commitment to the achievement of set objectives and the continuous improvement of management systems and related performance.
